not sure about that place

hi all

i have just been told there is a hole lot of new care givers now what the hell is going on i am going to be bloody truthfull here see our main manager if she was a really highly skilled manager she wood interview people who were serious about the job if you apply for a bloody job you just not walk away 4  weeks later for example and she lets them away with it she is not welcome to run my hobbie of emails i wood not hand my job to any one else apart from my self she does not run it farely at all its ok to get new faces allways but you harly get to know them i wish it was possible to get a hold of michelle carins who is sssc aproved and also has a pvg aproval to get her to come down from edinburgh to see this yard of a trash can as its the best way of putting that place just now i feel sorry for all the users who have got to use it from may until august how do they feel inside i wood love to know if they could speak some of them do not know what is really happening but for any one who does i do feel sorry for them i am glad i am going away

    HI Jamie, I am so sorry that there are a whole lot of new care givers being hired. I have to wonder if Drina is doing the right thing. I hope they are not hiring just anyone and are making sure that the person has good references and a good work record. That's not good if people leave after a few weeks or months. I am so sorry this is upsetting you, Jamie. I feel bad for all the users, too. It must be hard for them as well. It would be interesting to find out what some of them think for sure. Let's pray that things settle down there at Phew and they can find and keep good people. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me. Hugs, melina

Hi diarry What phew do not understand mum and dad and I know people who still supports disabled so yes we can be still as hard with phew if it came to it and get there advice as well as maybe to even come to support me there for a few hours each day or for the full trip daily and for now this is only fiction wrighting for the blog but this has been on my mind this week we could ask advice and if phew do not buck up the staffing we might have to ask as I am sure there must be a limit to what staffing she has on at one time hush she allways trys to cut costs and wages and I am getting sick of her doing this then as the user we can do nothing like trips outside as she has sent one or 2 home only because of users who have canceled now she has 10 users in apart from the 4 it had canceled so she still needs staff to cover any thing it might happen on that shift the same amount I should think I wood hate to take seriousley not well on a visit as she has not got the staff to cover this we will...
