What phew do not understand mum and dad and I know people who still supports disabled so yes we can be still as hard with phew if it came to it and get there advice as well as maybe to even come to support me there for a few hours each day or for the full trip daily and for now this is only fiction wrighting for the blog but this has been on my mind this week we could ask advice and if phew do not buck up the staffing we might have to ask as I am sure there must be a limit to what staffing she has on at one time hush she allways trys to cut costs and wages and I am getting sick of her doing this then as the user we can do nothing like trips outside as she has sent one or 2 home only because of users who have canceled now she has 10 users in apart from the 4 it had canceled so she still needs staff to cover any thing it might happen on that shift the same amount I should think I wood hate to take seriousley not well on a visit as she has not got the staff to cover this we will call her she on this post as she is a pot at times and the rules that she is getting away with

So I and my family do have people who we can ask like shona as well she is a nurse but at this she might know something about health and safety running likes of phew

If michelle wanted to help us my dad wood give her a job and her wages for the full visit as he could say she is my personal asistant for that visit

She wood do a day shift and a back shift for the full visit so dad could give her the job hush in scotland we can have personal asistants daily if our family do need them

Hush michelle can do all for me at phew and the pots of management can do sweet nothing as michelle is got a contract with my father hush saw this happen in england so it is possible to do and phew need this shock and it could happen at any time michelle wood be at phew to meet me as soon as I go in the door hush it might come to this as the pot is getting away with to much hush I am sure she is breaking the care law at times if I find out ever she is I am not scared to tell paul one of the directors of phew as he is higher than the pot and the team leaders I wood say the place could shut at any time
