I am going to put this important post on the blog

I like to talk about my bowels on here some times as when you are disabled and can not get out the house without support this can effect your bowels from moving right over the last few days I can truthfully say this past few days of this week days that is the best jobbies I have had for a long time where I have felt totally cleared out and as you know I do eat our weather today on this Thursday is mixed one second its heavy rain and the next second its sun but still verry very cold and I mean cold for april and yes I will talk to you about my tummy some times as I regard this is very important as I do get constipated some times especially after a flight so even alow I look forward to a flight it’s the after effects of it wich can some times lead to constipation at the hotel I will talk to you on a post about the word list at phew on another post wich they should be using but are not I am still sorry to report

I call a jobbie an it as in it’s a cold winters day if I go for 2 poos I call them its or I say to mum after church when she comes back from church I will go for an it soon and I wood love to tell them at phew this word but currently I can not as they wood not know what I was on about wich I am needing to sort I might have a word with the manager about this as she wanted me to have a word list and if I tell her its not getting used she will not be happy I did do what ann curry who is the senior said tell them as soon as I go in but it made no change so I thought my next plan in may is to tell her as I have knew her for a lot of years I am not telling the team leaders as nothing will happen as folks they are is lazy as 2 cows in a field I do question there roll some times to my self

Now I think the hold up to my new audio book service is as a result of half term school holidays for easter so I will keep the blog updated when he gets back to me
