hi all

i am very sorry for that last post today called review update i should not have did so much swearing in it and i should think before i wright on the blog the thing about blogging which i am finding really helpful is the idea of expressing how you feel but you can also express to much buy writing and maybe i did today to much you can get carryed away with words and i felt i did today you can do a post in moderation and you do not need to swear to make it look nice and i maybe should treat this blog with respect and just do it like emails as i do not need to get angry allways swearing will not get me anything at any time

i just had chicken and fries this monday evening i started a book but you know that you go hmm that is why i am doing this as i am unsure on the book its set in hong kong but its not that good as i thought

Hi diarry What phew do not understand mum and dad and I know people who still supports disabled so yes we can be still as hard with phew if it came to it and get there advice as well as maybe to even come to support me there for a few hours each day or for the full trip daily and for now this is only fiction wrighting for the blog but this has been on my mind this week we could ask advice and if phew do not buck up the staffing we might have to ask as I am sure there must be a limit to what staffing she has on at one time hush she allways trys to cut costs and wages and I am getting sick of her doing this then as the user we can do nothing like trips outside as she has sent one or 2 home only because of users who have canceled now she has 10 users in apart from the 4 it had canceled so she still needs staff to cover any thing it might happen on that shift the same amount I should think I wood hate to take seriousley not well on a visit as she has not got the staff to cover this we will...
