a change of plan

hi

i was not going to update the blog today as i had nothing to really say so i have been debating if i should ask to change my named person as me and my friend who works for them had feelings about this person as she is to busy ever since they put in team leaders to the place the team leaders have been busy all the time so yes i will ask to change this to a person who works on the area only even alow she is park time she does do hours of work more than my old one dun and hush it suits me more to have a park time one as i do love to suit my self on visits and it will give me that chance i will let you know how it works out

Hi diarry What phew do not understand mum and dad and I know people who still supports disabled so yes we can be still as hard with phew if it came to it and get there advice as well as maybe to even come to support me there for a few hours each day or for the full trip daily and for now this is only fiction wrighting for the blog but this has been on my mind this week we could ask advice and if phew do not buck up the staffing we might have to ask as I am sure there must be a limit to what staffing she has on at one time hush she allways trys to cut costs and wages and I am getting sick of her doing this then as the user we can do nothing like trips outside as she has sent one or 2 home only because of users who have canceled now she has 10 users in apart from the 4 it had canceled so she still needs staff to cover any thing it might happen on that shift the same amount I should think I wood hate to take seriousley not well on a visit as she has not got the staff to cover this we will...
