a serious problem with support plan and michelle

Not been funny here for this Saturday morning I have all the feelings back from when I missed michelle and I still do even right now that is why I am wrighting this on the blog when I have got a start to a blog I wright it down wright away so I do not forget the starting line of words I want to use or to access in my head

Now I can only use my imagination of michelle working there and imagine her supporting me 1 on 1 all the visit in may michelle wood do it perfectly and be on shift all day from 7.45 to 9.45 in the evening so the rota wood say her name michelle carins then they wood say who is michelle carins coming on with us I seriousley think there is a massive problem with my support plan as friends it does not seem to be getting followed or updated now at all on any visit and that in its self is weard as I am sure they are ment to do this not all visits but some visit and that is why I am saying we might need some one who has higher skills than the team to first of all read it then research why its never followed or updated as no one has ever ever asked me that is how I am saying I might need a chat to a trained person in blindness or a counciler or both as there is another issue as well one I will never put on here at any time I wood tell michelle or roberta but I do not think roberta or tracey has the skills to even talk to me about this I want to talk to some one who knows about blindness and having other disabilities along with blindness as I feel very very mentally unfit to even cope for another 4 days and the august one is for a week a strate 7 wich needs michelle or a counciler to check on me at some point I know tracey has stage 1 of counciling I think but not sure if that wood cover what I am trying to say as never looked at counciling degrees at all and what they do to get them but I do think that is what I need is a counciler

    Hi Jamie, it would be great to have Michelle for sure. I wish that could happen for you, Let us hope that someone will be working who can spend some one on one time with you and make you feel at ease. So sorry about the issue with the support plan not being read or followed. I really hope that they will read it and study it and follow it closely as it's important that they meet your needs. Will be praying that they do follow it. I wonder if you could somehow get a counselor, Jamie. I think it would be very helpful to you to talk about everything that is troubling you. Hi diarry What phew do not understand mum and dad and I know people who still supports disabled so yes we can be still as hard with phew if it came to it and get there advice as well as maybe to even come to support me there for a few hours each day or for the full trip daily and for now this is only fiction wrighting for the blog but this has been on my mind this week we could ask advice and if phew do not buck up the staffing we might have to ask as I am sure there must be a limit to what staffing she has on at one time hush she allways trys to cut costs and wages and I am getting sick of her doing this then as the user we can do nothing like trips outside as she has sent one or 2 home only because of users who have canceled now she has 10 users in apart from the 4 it had canceled so she still needs staff to cover any thing it might happen on that shift the same amount I should think I wood hate to take seriousley not well on a visit as she has not got the staff to cover this we will...
